Here at Eagle Mortgage, we believe in community.

Living in community, being a community, supporting our community.
Because of that, we will make a donation to one of these worthy charity partners
on behalf of every client who closes a loan with us.

Cornerstone Assistance Network of North Central Texas

Mission  |   "To empower our neighbors in need through relationships and comprehensive services to create a cycle of empowerment."

Vision  |   "To see the empowered empowering others"

Cornerstone meets Neighbors (clients) where they are in their cycle of need and walks alongside them as they break their patterns. Typically, Cornerstone’s Neighbors are stuck in a generational cycle of poverty or need temporary assistance to avoid a long term struggle. By partnering with individuals, businesses and other organizations, Cornerstone is able to provide coaching, education and resources (bill pay, budgeting, job placement, etc...) to help families exit the cycle of need once and for all. In 2017, Cornerstone gave away $100,046.63 in direct bill pay and plans to do the same in 2018.

Cornerstone also provides 250 children with their specific school and grade level supplies along with a new backpack, new tennis shoes and new spirit wear as well as a weeks worth of clothing and distributes everything at a HUGE, free carnival for the families! And each December, Cornerstone provides Christmas for 200 local children (ages newborn to 18 years old) and their families.

Kroger is committed to helping our communities grow and prosper. Year after year, local schools, churches and other nonprofit organizations will earn millions of dollars through Kroger Community Rewards®. Link your card with Cornerstone Assistance Network of North Central Texas and every time you swipe your card, they will get a percentage of your sales.

MasterKey Ministries of Grayson County

MasterKey Ministries of Grayson County, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that was formed for the purpose of strengthening families in our community by r
emoving the hindrances to their success. We have five programs at this time that meet the needs of the community, especially those in the low income specter and/or in the Hispanic population.

MasterKey After School Program – an academically challenging program that provides the necessary accountability and responsibility that builds character and sets the stage for educational success. In addition, we provide learning experiences that enrich children's lives.

MasterKey Adult Education – Spanish and English classes for adults and children. Learning English removes many hindrances for Spanish speaking people in our community, not only in relationships with schools and government, but also in acquiring higher paying jobs. In addition, learning Spanish as a second language provides enrichment to education but also helps to bridge the gap formed by differing cultures. Communities are strengthened when they understand each other. Also offered are classes in GED and Citizenship paths.

MasterKey Summer Learning for children puts the FUN back into learning. Summer Learning provide academic enrichment to students 5-12 years in an exciting, fun atmosphere. Camps are priced low to provide an alternative for families of all income levels.

MasterKey Food Assistance opened its doors in the fall of 2014. We are be able to supplement food for those in crisis in the community on a weekly basis and to provide food for those that we serve on a continuous basis in our programs when they are facing financial difficulties or have family members in great need. ID and proof of residency/household members required.

Bethlehem Place

Each day hunger is experienced in Prosper and our surrounding communities. The impact of this hunger is not always obvious.  Among those forced to go without food are hard-working adults and seniors who simply cannot make ends meet. Today, one-in-four Texas children live in households where there is no consistent access to food.  Without adequate nutrition these children experience trouble learning and face long-term consequences to their physical and mental health.

The mission of Bethlehem Place is to lead and engage our community in the fight against hunger so those in need can live healthy, productive lives.

Our mission is accomplished through the generosity of others – product donations, food drives, and financial contributions, which enables us to provide nutritious food and hygiene products, so all members of our community can sustain a healthy life.
